STEP 5

Gain Confidence Through Show & Tell

Regular progress Show & Tells give you a feel for how the solution will work in practice.

STEP 6

Test Everything for Peace of Mind

Nearly there! Full User Acceptance Testing (UAT) makes sure everything is working as it should. We test end-to-end internally first, then hand over to you and your key users. You’ll have our consultants and developers on hand for support and all your findings logged in a managed system for prompt resolution. 

This phase will boost your confidence in the solution and spark excitement as you start to see the practical benefits and potential for the future. Crucially, it increases system-adoption rates accross your non-profit.

STEP 7

Get into the Driving Seat Before Go-Live

Once the UAT criteria have been met, we will support you and your team to complete a walkthrough of the system, this is an opportunity to see your new system in action and check that it delivers on the objectives you set. Members of our service desk team will join in order to prepare us to support you effectively after go-live.

This final check empowers you to make an informed decision on whether you’re ready to launch. It also gives your stakeholders and sponsors confidence that the new solution will support their operations when legacy systems are retired, justifying their investment.

STEP 8

Go Live! But We’re Still Here

Congratulations! Your new solution is up and should be — thanks to the process — running smoothly. But we’re still here for you with our support team on hand and waiting should you need assistance.

In addition to our support team you’ll receive scheduled, dedicated help from the same consultant who worked on your project, especially in the post-go-live phase, and during critical periods like month-end or VAT quarter.

This ensures you’re comfortable with your initial interactions with the new system, providing immediate and familiar support to build confidence and achieve a seamless transition.
