As a Microsoft partner dedicated exclusively to the non‑profit sector, ForGood.Tech combines deep sector expertise with a strong values‑led approach.

    With over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, Paul has grown and merged software businesses, built high‑performing delivery teams, and managed global service delivery for multinational organisations. Today, he applies this experience to building long‑term partnerships that enable non‑profits to overcome their technology challenges and focus on what matters most – their mission.

  • Ian Drew

    Ian Drew is the Scale and Channel Director for Microsoft Elevate, where he works closely with partners to help non-profits access the technology and support they need to deliver greater social impact.

    Passionate about the vital role non-profits play in society, particularly where government and markets fall short, Ian focuses on enabling Microsoft partners to understand what they can offer and how they can help. Through this work, he supports partners to better serve non-profits worldwide, strengthening the sector and the communities they support.

  • Nicole Hill

     

    Nicole Hill is the Business Central Product Specialist at ForGood.Tech, where she leads presales and product strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. She specialises in supporting complex finance processes and works closely with charities, SMEs, and mid-market organisations to deliver tailored solutions that simplify compliance and improve efficiency. Nicole is passionate about helping non-profits leverage technology to achieve more, and she regularly shares her expertise through webinars, conferences, and training sessions. Her deep knowledge of fund accounting, VAT considerations, and integrated finance solutions ensures organisations can streamline operations and focus on their mission.

  • Adam Sheehan

     

    Adam is the CRM Consultancy Team Manager at ForGood.Tech, with over a decade of experience working across the Dynamics 365 platform. He has played a key role in the delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-based CRM solutions, supporting charities and non‑profit organisations to extend and maximise their use of Microsoft technology.

    As part of his role, Adam provides strategic input into ForGood.Tech’s technical committee, contributing to the adoption of new products and shaping the development roadmap for features delivered directly by ForGood.Tech. Alongside this, he is passionate about developing people, delivering training and support to colleagues across both consultancy and managed service teams.

    When It Clicks helps organisations make innovation feel simple, practical and human. At Connect ForGood, they’ll be running an interactive Innovation Away Day–style session, designed to help teams step back, explore fresh ways of thinking and move ideas into action.

    Their approach is jargon‑free, collaborative and action‑oriented, using creative thinking, good questions and everyday language to bring people together across roles and perspectives. This is a hands‑on session where participants will build practical skills, make real decisions and leave with clear next steps – and the energy to put them into practice.
